WestUrban Developments Ltd.

WestUrban is a Vancouver Island based development company founded in 2017 by Sean Roy and Terry Hoff. WestUrban focuses on the construction and sale of purpose built rental apartment buildings across British Columbia with recent development projects in Kelowna, Victoria, Duncan, and Vernon. WestUrban has completed 16 projects to date with a 25% average annualized return.

NewHaven manages a diversified portfolio of over 550 residential mortgages across Southern Ontario and aims to provide investors with a monthly distribution. The company was founded in 2008 by brothers David and Jason Vyner.

Greybrook Realty Partners

Greybrook Realty Partners is a Toronto based private equity firm that provides land development projects in Southern Ontario and select U.S. cities. Greybrook has invested in over 100 residential and commercial real estate projects with a gross development value exceeding $35 billion. Greybrook is led by CEO Peter Politis and Sasha Cucuz.

Revesco Properties

Revesco Properties Trust invests in open-air shopping centres in markets throughout the United States. Revesco was formed by Rhys Duggan, Scott Lee and Chris Wood and each have over 30 years of experience investing in commercial real estate. They are currently invested in Denver, Arizona, Seattle and Salt Lake City. Their retail partners include Target, Costco, Lululemon, and WholeFoods. Revesco has delivered to investors an average of 22% returns per year.

Western Wealth Capital

Western Wealth Capital is a U.S. multifamily real estate investment company that provides Canadian investors access to U.S. real estate. WWC is a North Vancouver-based company co-founded by Janet LePage and Dave Steele. WWC purchases value-add multifamily properties and focuses its investments in the sun belt including Arizona, Texas, Las Vegas, and Georgia. WWC has transacted over $6 billion in real estate with 129 multifamily properties purchased and 45 properties sold.
